Hey, parents!

In this edition, you’ve got all the details of the not-to-be-missed 21 Distrititos Festival, several book fairs, a storytelling session or two, a book presentation, a special event at the Railway Museum, an interactive play about an overzealous squirrel, a puppet show where the characters join forces to fight capitalism, chess in the park, a French film for kids that uses a novel animation technique, and much more!

Warning: May cause excessive enjoyment

A must-see street art festival

This weekend, hundreds of artists will take over, and bring more color to, Malasaña  and there will also be activities, a scavenger hunt, and a competition to pick the best new art

A solid skill worth honing

I would love to take my kids to this: an improv workshop for children ages 4 to 10. In this activity, they learn how to bring their unique stories to life and think on their feet

An innovative documentary

In this award-winning film, 19 Romanian children ages 7 to 12 from different social contexts were asked to imagine the world they would like to create, if they were leaders

Mi Pequeño Recreo is the nursery where we care for little ones… now also at night.

Whether you have a wedding, dinner plans, a work event, or any social commitment, your children will be in safe and caring hands.

Our evening service includes dinner, relaxing activities to help children wind down, and rest time — all supervised by qualified childcare professionals in a safe, child-friendly environment.

We also offer weekend and holiday care, helping make life easier for families.

Spend time with animals

Here’s a great activity for the weekend: head out to this farm for a pony ride! They also organize birthday parties and camp experiences with crafts, games, gymkhanas, excursions, and kids also get to take care of the animals.

Travel back in time

Don’t miss Complutum Renacida, a unique event in Alcalá de Henares. Travel back in time, for 2 days, and enjoy gladiator combat, food, crafts, parades, reenactments, and unique shows and activities for the whole family.

I hope you found something interesting in this week’s newsletter to do with your family!

If it helped you even just a little bit, I would be so grateful if you would consider supporting my project and sharing it with another family!

See you next week… same time, same inbox.
