Piccolino, a green plasticine caterpillar, accidentally stumbles upon a house in the forest. In each room, through the objects he encounters, he recalls a song.

The film, by Goya Award winner Giovanni Maccelli, is a tribute to traditional Italian, Spanish, and English children’s songs. The live music complements the poetic, handcrafted images, created largely through stop-motion animation. Original arrangements and varied rhythms have been created using two voices, an accordion, a flute, a guitar, and percussion.
